General Tips

Regular cleaning safeguards the furniture from dust and dirt, maintaining its integrity and properties. Upholstery, in particular, benefits from gentle and regular vacuum cleaning to preserve its color and appearance.

We recommend frequent vacuum cleaning, ideally on a weekly basis, using a gentle setting and a soft or brush nozzle when appropriate.

For stain and dirt removal, it is advisable to act promptly. Most spots and impurities can be easily eliminated by promptly using clean, lukewarm water or, if necessary, a neutral detergent (PH-neutral dishwashing detergent).

TEXTILES

Protecting textiles on office furniture is essential to maintain their appearance and prolong their lifespan. Follow a few simple tips to safeguard the textiles and keep them in excellent condition.

· Regular Cleaning: Establish a routine cleaning schedule to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the textiles.

· Immediate Stain Removal: Act promptly when spills or stains occur. Blot the affected area gently with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb as much of the spill as possible.

· Sunlight Protection: Minimize exposure to direct sunlight, as it can cause fading and discoloration of textiles.

· Preventive Measures: Avoid sitting on office furniture with clothing that may transfer color or cause damage, such as jeans with metal rivets or garments with sharp accessories.

LEATHER

Leather possesses distinct characteristics that make its proper care essential. By treating and maintaining leather upholstery correctly, you can experience a lifetime of enjoyment, appreciating the beauty and unique character of natural leather.

Care & Cleaning Recommendations for Leather:

· Regular Dusting: Remove dust and loose dirt from the leather surface using a soft, dry cloth or vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment.

· Spills and Stains: Immediately blot liquid spills with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it can spread the stain.

· Avoid Harsh Cleaning Agents: Refrain from using harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or ammonia-based products, as they can damage the leather's surface and finish.

· Conditioning: Periodically apply a leather conditioner recommended by the manufacturer to keep the leather supple and moisturized.

 Protection from Sunlight: Position leather furniture away from direct sunlight or use curtains, blinds, or UV-protective films on windows to minimize the impact.

· Avoid Heat Sources: Keep leather furniture away from heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, and heating vents.

PLASTIC

Polyamide, our frequently used plastic, is durable, lightfast, and low-maintenance. For light soiling, wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. For tougher dirt, use warm water with a mild detergent or neutral cleaner. Rinse with clean water and dry with a cloth.


METAL (Steel & Aluminium)

To maintain the pristine appearance of aluminum and steel, regularly clean to Wipe the aluminum surface with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap solution. Avoid abrasives,refrain from using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that may scratch the aluminum. Protect from harsh elements shield aluminum from harsh weather conditions or excessive moisture. For polish, periodically apply a suitable aluminum polish to restore shine and prevent oxidation.
